What is the objective of the course? What is it?
What does it train you for?

The course has two curricula. The first (Management and organization of public and private administrations) is aimed to offer multidisciplinary training, as it provides economic, legal, political-institutional, organizational-managerial and security skills. The training acquired can be exploited both in the Italian and in the European context, and this not only in the public sector, but also in the management of private administrations. The curriculum "Labour Consultancy and Human Resources Management" is aimed to train consultant and specialists on labour problems. This is a professional figure today required both within consultancy firms and within public and private administrations.

What do you learn?

In harmony with the multidisciplinary spirit of the two curricula, as well as with the aim of providing a background leading to a fruitful insertion of the graduate into the working context, the courses provided cover different areas

  • the legal area (private, commercial, labour law and public, administrative, tax lax, etc.);
  • the historical-philosophical-political sphere that favours disciplines such as the constitutional history of modern Europe, political philosophy and science and political thought;
  • and finally, the economic-business area, in which the political economy, the economics of companies and also the historical aspects of economic thought are studied.

The main professional fields that can be accessed are the following:

  • officials of administrations, companies, businesses and public bodies;
  • officers, managers and administrators of banking and / or insurance institutions;
  • condominium administration experts;
  • consultants in the management of small and medium-sized companies;
  • consultants for management, tourism and related activities; labour consultants, company consultants; experts on labour problems and trade union activities;
  • officials or experts in matters relating to the trade union and labour world.
